1. What is Trendydot?
Trendydot is a small family-run online store offering problem-solving, high-quality, and affordable products across categories like Home, Babies & Kids, Beauty, Sports, Health, Gadgets, and Personal Care — delivered to customers all over India.
2. Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate exclusively online through trendydot.com to keep prices affordable for our customers.
3. How can I contact customer support?

4. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Currently, we do not accept wholesale orders. If we start offering bulk purchase options, we will update our website.
5. Do you have a loyalty or referral program?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on launching one soon.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship?
We ship to all locations within India.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 6–7 business days depending on your location.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders come with free shipping anywhere in India.
Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Is there an extra charge for COD orders?
No extra fee is charged for COD orders, but we do verify COD orders via phone before shipping.
3. Which payment gateway do you use?
We securely process payments through PhonePe.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
2. How do I start a return?
Email us at trendydot9@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to your original payment method or bank account.
